If you are viewing your recommendations from Upwise, you can add or remove dependents by selecting "modify" directly under your recommended benefit.

It is important to note that while Upwise provides recommendations on your Employer sponsored benefits, we do not enroll you in any plans. You will have to proceed to your company's enrollment platform in order to finalize your benefit elections and officially add or remove dependents.
